Clay Newcomb ventures to the rugged interior mountains of Alaska to hunt mountain goats with archery equipment. Clay is accompanied by his friend and Alaskan outfitter and guide, David Benitz. Fog and rain are an every-other-day event and, with the lack of visibility, become the limiting factor to find the sure-footed mountain monarchs. But when the weather cooperates and the clouds lift - it’s game on. The fluctuating fog, plus Clay’s homemade decoy suite, become two invaluable tools that help Clay cut the distance into archery range on a bedded goat. But that’s when the real adventure begins.
